Kate Hudson dropped some baby weight by exercising for 3 hours a day. She limited her calorie intake to 1,500 a day, reduced carbs, & increased protein.
Kate does Cardio on a treadmill & outdoor running. To drop the baby weight she worked w/personal trainer Garrett Warren, doing core-strengthening workout that is a hybrid of Pilates, yoga & core stability moves. It’s called ProperBodyExercise A typical workout is 90-minute workout starts off with kickboxing, then moves on to weights, 15 minutes of ProBodX moves & ab exercises.
