Drew Barrymore’s diet is balanced w/lots of organic vegetables. She eats basically low calorie, & low carbohydrate. Drew enjoys coffee & allows the occasional treat, like a low fat dessert.
Drew sticks to working out 3 or 4 times a week. Jogging, dancing, swimming, yoga, & Pilates. She like boot-camp style workouts routines to stop boredom.
