
Faith Hill follows David Kirsch’s eating plan which is a low carbohydrate plan. David’s diet also prohibits alcohol, dairy, fat, bread, sugar, fruit, or caffeine for the first 2 weeks of the program.
Faith has worked with trainer David Kirsch, to lose baby weight she did 1 hour of Pilates on equipment & 1 hour of cardio every day & ate healthy.

Fruit Pearls- These are little beads of frozen fruit, yogurt, chocolate, etc., & they come in portion-controlled cups! Each container has just 50-140 calories!
