
Vanessa Minnillo eats a low fat diet & uses portion control. She has said she eats 4 small meals a day. To lose weight Vanessa replaced her favorite fattening coffee drink w/a Mocha Frappuccino Light. “It’s low-fat & has half the sugar”. Vanessa will snack on Teddy Grahams to satisfy her sweet tooth (15 crackers they have about 82 cals). When out to eats she will order sushi & burritos with brown rice, which we all know is healthier than white.
When she has the time, Vanessa does a workout with light weights & cardio.

Brown rice reduces the risk of colon cancer. Brown rice is packed full of fiber. One cup supplies 14% of our suggested daily intake of fiber. 1/2 cup of rice has about 105 cals.
My favorite brown rice is MINUTE rice. The whole thing has 290-300 cals (depending on flavor), I eat just 1/2 which is very filling.
