
Anna Kournikova does portion control & says she ate healthily to lose weight. She eats healthy, & does not completely restrict herself. “I don’t like restricting certain groups or certain types of food. I think everything in moderation is really the best way to go. I try to eat as healthy as I can, which is not always possible,” she said. “You know, I have my Burger King and McDonalds days, too.”
Anna Credits her recent 2007 weight loss to doing calorie burning cardio, 45 minutes to 1 hour 4 days a week. Other Activities include swimming & of course Tennis. Her maintance workout since then is 30 mins of weights & 45 mins of cardio “I love the feeling of sweating. I’ve been exercising my whole life so I really love it.”
