To have energy in the gym and throughout the day Eva Longoria starts her day w/ protein, like egg whites or fiber like fruit. Eva is a former aerobics instructor herself & works out w/ personal trainer Patrick Murphy for 1 hour 3 times a week. She does strength training, kickboxing cardio, weight training. After a 10 mins warm-up on either a bike or treadmill then she does 25-30 body exercises like lunges w/ torso twists, squats, one-legged squats w/ clean and press, & leg presses for her butt. All done w/ 30-45 sec rests in between sets. Eva also does yoga, & kickboxing. When she finds time to fit in some yoga sessions too.
I am so excited about these new 100 cal packs! I love guac & am so glad they now have portion conrtol packs!
