Megan Fox spends 30 mins w/cardio. Some of her warm-up movements are butterfly crunches & front planks. Then she works her upper part of the body w/knee-ups, leg swings & ball leg lifts. In the end, she mixes her cardio routine w/pilates or cycling for about 45 mins.
