
Lauren Conrad claims that she eats 6 small meals a day. She also snacks on fruit, nuts or some peanut butter. She consumes about 1,500 cals a day & admits she still craves pizza, tacos, & pasta. To cut cals she makes a taco salad minus fried tortilla & wraps sandwiches in lettuce leaves rather than flat bread.
Lauren’s personal trainer, Jarett Del Bene, got her into a twice-a-week routine consisting of weight training, running on the treadmill & kickboxing. “Jarett has me do a lot of reps with smaller weights because he’s not trying to build muscle so much as get my body toned,” says Lauren.
Today, July 21st, is National Junk Food Day. Celebrate by having a small junk treat or skip the day all together. Its not worth the guilt you may feel afterwards.
