I got an email from a male viewer who asked that I occasionally post what some male celebs do to keep in shape. So...This one is for you Kyle! :)
Brad Pitt's workout routine can change w/the different roles he plays. He keeps himself fit on a regular basis, but when he needs to turn up the heat, & even give up some of his favorite vices to get in supreme shape he does just that. In preparation for the movie Troy, Brad Pitt gave up cigarettes & cut back on beer & chips. Brad used a low-carb, high-protein diet during the training for his role in Troy, 4 high-protein, low-carb meals.(Brad’s normal diet is also low carb). He did however allow himself the occasional treat: McFlurry shakes f/McDonald’s. For the movie Troy Brad has worked w/personal trainer Gregory Joujon-Roche. He prepared for a year w/intense training. The first 3 months he worked out 2-3 hours a day in the gym, & 2 hours of sword work. “The first three months were daunting and not fun at all.” Brad’s hard work paid off, he gained about 10 pounds of muscle!
