
Courtney Cox has been on the Blood Type Diet, & the Atkins Diet. She switched to the Carbohydrate Addict’s Diet in 2005, which restricts carbs for breakfast & lunch but allows you to eat carbohydrates for dinner. Courteney eats her carb quota at lunch time to save time. No matter what diet she is on Courteney eats low carb.
Courtney practices Budokon. Courtney also runs, & does pilates.

"I was a severely obese child, lived through anorexia in my early teens, began overeating and then bingeing through my mid-twenties, and am experiencing anorexia again from my late twenties through now.
