Usher’s diet consists mainly of chicken breast, fish, a moderate amount of carbohydrates (rice, pasta, potatoes) & lots of fruits & leafy veggies.
Usher follows a strict cardio training regimen which he calls “40 minutes of funk”. This regiment includes stretching, skipping, jumping jacks, & 1,000 crunches. Usher then moves onto push-ups, leg raises & tricep dips.
