

Jennifer Hudson lost 60 pounds by cutting out fried foods, eating low fat & low calorie. Her reported weight loss meals consisted of palm size serving of protein, fiber, & carbohydrate. Her menu included salads, grilled chicken, nuts, & cranberry juice.
Jennifer also runs, & hired a personal trainer. When she does travels, she will bring her trainer along with to keep her on track. Her workout plan includes a 4am run followed by 4 sets of squats, push-ups & sit-ups.
