
Give Out Treats that Don't Tempt You... I am not a big fan of sour treats, (so I will be passing out wart heads, lemon heads, etc). Or better yet, pass out halloween themed pencils, wash off tatoos, spider rings, etc.
Keep Guilt Free Sweets on Hand... It's important to prepare for sweets cravings. By keeping low calorie candies on hand, so you can indulge a little.
Door to Door Workout... Take advantage by getting some exercise in! Join your kids, siblings, nieces, nephews, or neighbors on a nice long trick-or-treat walk around the neighborhood.
