Gabrielle Union eats a balanced diet, & eats treats in moderation.
For Bad Boys II Gabrielle trained at the gym for about 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. She did an hour of Pilates & an hour of cardio. Gabrielle does pilates on a regular basis.
“Once I saw the wardrobe, (for Bad Boys II) I had to put the Krispy Kreme down and kind of get real with myself. I was in the gym two hours a day, five days a week. An hour of Pilates and an hour of cardio because I can’t stop eating.”
