Nelly Furtado's diet is Low Carbohydrate & low in fat. She tries not to eat carbs after 4pm.
Before the Grammy’s Nelly ate lots of fresh fruit, steamed veggies, & drank a lot of water 2 weeks before the event to slim down.
Nelly loves dancing, & walking for exercise. She also does light weights & being a mother keeps her busy.
