Audrina Patridge told Us Magazine that “I’m not going to the gym to lose weight, but to get definition in my arms, butt and legs.” “Before, I was a junk food junkie.” But now Audrina follows a 1250 calorie diet which includes fish & salads. Latin food & In-N-Out burgers are some favorites, but with portion control, she told TV Guide.
“I order whatever I want when I’m out, but I don’t eat all of it,”
Once a week Audrina works out 15-30 minutes on the elliptical, she then uses 5-pound weights toning & defining her arms & shoulders. For a flat stomach she does crunches on a balance ball & lifts her butt with squats & lunges. Commenting on her workouts with “Hills Trainer” Jarett Del Bene she says “Now my arms, stomach, and legs are cut!” Audrina also keeps very active doing laps in her backyard pool, hiking in Runyon Canyon, boogying in dance classes & even factors in vacuuming for her calves.
