Cindy Crawford follows the Zone Diet to stay in shape. Eating 5 times a day following controlled portions, containing 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein & 30% fat.
Cindy does a daily workout involving 20 minutes cardio (walking or running on a slight incline) then 40 minutes of free weights. She prefers running outside, & also does yoga or pilates.
