Amy tones up with Cardio Barre (a low impact ballet barre class she also does)Kundalini Yoga, which mixes movement, breath-work, & meditation once a week.
Don’t deprive yourself. You can have what you crave, in moderation, says Smart, who admits to not being able to resist pizza or pasta. “What’s important is a balanced diet overall & drinking enough water,” she says.
