
Kelly Hu watches her fat intake, & eats lots of fruits & vegetables. She tries to get a lot of live enzymes avoiding all processed foods and sodas, & alcohol. She enjoys things in moderation. For exercise Kelly does 3-4 days of hard workouts, from Kickboxing, & Karate to yoga.
