
Hilary eats lots of small meals all day. She limits junk food, & eats treats in moderation. Her diet is basically mini meals, low fat, & low carbohydrate. Her diet consists of greens, fresh fruit & lean protein.
Hilary does Pilates 3 times a week. She also does cardio other days on a Treadmill for 2 miles or Elliptical for 20min. On the treadmill she starts off in a power walk on a high incline to warm up & then jogs on a flat incline. Hilary also enjoys bicycling.
Today, July 7th, is National Strawberry Sundae Day. Slice up a few strawberries, toss 'em on a scoop of low-fat ice cream, & then top it off with Fat Free Reddi-wip & a few mini chocolate chips.
